• Deadline for casting notices is 3PM Friday for the edition that will be on newsstands the following Tuesday. Last minute notices are accepted until 12 noon Monday but placement is not guaranteed.

• Show Business reserves the right to edit or refuse any casting notice. Charges may vary depending on the nature of the organization.

• New Casting notices for the week are highlighted by a star and the word “New”.

• Casting notices run in Show Business for two weeks, or until specified audition date.

• Notices must be typed or neatly printed, not handwritten.

• Notices must include a contact name and phone number for verification purposes only.

• Each item must state whether or not the performers and technicians will be paid or receive any compensation. The full name of a company, theater group or the full name of the individual directly connected with the project must appear in the notice. Casting calls are not accepted by phone. If the role involves nudity, it must be stated in the notice.
